In her Healthcare Consultant role, Tessa works on the Client Services team, providing outstanding concierge support to our facility partners. Using her recruitment and relationship-building experience, she ensures the identification and placement of high-quality clinicians goes as smoothly as possible.
Previously, Tessa was an Executive Recruiter for UNC Health, working with the Senior Executive Team across the UNC Health System to attract and hire senior. Tessa started her career with Supplemental Health Care where she managed multiple healthcare clients in the mid-Atlantic market responsible for over $2 million in revenue.
In her free time, Tessa likes traveling, swimming, and watching sports. She enjoys hanging out with her family and friends and going on adventures with her pup, Kaia.
