In 2024, Floyd Lee Locums was named Grand Prize Winner for Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Best Staffing Firms to Temp For” list out of more than 400 companies, the third time the company has achieved Grand Prize Winner since opening its doors in 2017 (2020 and 2021). We were named to the list in 2023 and 2022, creating a longevity of award-winning concierge service. The “Best Staffing Firm to Temp For” award is earned by surveying physicians and clinicians. Floyd Lee Locums has no impact on the ranking, making the honor bittersweet.

In 2023, Floyd Lee Locums made a stunning debut on Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in the “Vendor/Supplier” category out of 75 organizations nationwide. We also won the “Healthiest Employer” and “Best Place to Work in Healthcare for Millennials” awards.
Then in 2024, we were named #1 for the second year in a row, a rare achievement. “We are honored and humbled to be #1 on Modern Healthcare’s ‘Best Place to Work’ list two years running. It’s a testament to our focus on creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered while emphasizing mental health and our teams’ robust personal lives,” says CEO and Co-Founder Natasha Lee.

We are proud to be four-time award winners for Staffing Industry Analysts’ "Best Staffing Firms to Work For", most recently in 2024. Floyd Lee Locums was also named to the list in 2020, 2021, and 2023. The list was created to celebrate staffing firms that are successfully driving engagement and satisfaction in the workplace and creating value for their employees. Creating a culture of inclusion and empowerment for our team has always been part of our mission.

In addition to company recognition, Floyd Lee Locums is proud that two of the locum tenens physicians who work with us have been named to Locumpedia’s prestigious Locum Tenens “Providers of the Year Award”. Dr. Aerial Avery was named to the list in 2022 for his service to tribal health in Oklahoma. And in 2023, Dr. Ziad Skaff was named to the list for his work in rural North Carolina, where he established cancer care for a community hospital.

Floyd Lee Locums has ranked on SIA’s “Largest Locum Tenens Staffing Firms” four years in a row in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, a remarkable achievement considering the firm opened in 2017. Floyd Lee Locums’ concierge model attracts bigger clients and more clinicians every year. SIA’s “Largest Locum Tenens Staffing Firms” list is compiled and verified using year over year revenue.

Floyd Lee Locums has been named an SIA “Fastest-Growing Locum Tenens Staffing Firm” in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts three years in a row. In 2022, we were the 8th fastest-growing firm in America. We ranked 21st on the list in 2023 out of 158 firms and were second in the locum tenens industry. And in 2024, Floyd Lee Locums was again the second fastest in the locums industry and 27th fastest-growing staffing firm in the United States overall. To qualify for the list, companies must have posted a minimum of $1 million in U.S. revenue and have had a compound annual growth rate of at least 15% from for the prior five fiscal years.

In 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021, Floyd Lee Locums was named to Inc. 5000’s “Fastest Growing Private Company in America List”. This honor prioritizes the health of a company’s revenue growth over the last three years. Companies follow a rigorous process to apply, including revenue verification and vetting.

Staffing Industry Analysts named Floyd Lee Locums’ CEO Natasha Lee to its annual “Staffing 100 North America” list in 2024 and 2025. The list champions influential leaders in staffing who demonstrate resilience and vision that positively impacts the industry.

Along with being honored on Staffing Industry Analysts’ company rankings, our CEO Natasha Lee has been named twice to SIA’s "Global Power 150 Women in Staffing" list (2020, 2021). In addition, COO Nicole Burleson was named to the list in 2023 and Senior Vice President of Growth Jenn Schultheis was named to the list in 2024. The “Global Power 150 Women in Staffing” list recognizes women who have made significant contributions to the staffing industry and demonstrated exceptional leadership.

In 2021, Floyd Lee Locums was named "Small Business of the Year" by the Charleston Metro Chamber. This honor celebrates the achievements of local organizations and leaders in the Charleston, South Carolina community, where Floyd Lee Locums is headquartered.
