We find great satisfaction in connecting physicians and advanced practice providers with meaningful work, particularly through Medical Disability Examinations (MDEs) to support service members’ transition to civilian life.
Hundreds of thousands of MDEs are conducted each year and are used by the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) to evaluate transitioning military members’ service-related disability claims. This critical work is an exceptional opportunity for physicians and advanced practice providers to give back to the incredible women and men who have sacrificed so much for our country.

Rapid Response
Clinical Support for Afghan Refugees
During the Afghan resettlement efforts, we played a crucial role by rapidly staffing field hospitals along the East coast for evacuees. Our dedicated team deployed 104 physicians and medical directors within 72 hours and provided continuous support across multiple military installations for over nine months.
We recognize that most approaches used for private hospitals and practices aren’t relevant for most government programs. That’s because our Government Affairs division was founded by the most qualified person possible - Marc Green, a U.S. Air Force veteran of more than 20 years. With Marc’s leadership, we established a division that focuses on the unique needs of government programs and the military.
