As a Healthcare Consultant, Shannon works every day to find clinicians that are the right fit for our clients’ open roles. She partners to screen and interview potential applicants; sets interviews up with hiring managers; and works on behalf of clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations to supplement their staffing needs.
Before joining Floyd Lee Locums, Shannon grew her skills for over 20 years at Hunterdon Medical Center. There, she worked as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to prepare and administer radioactive drugs for imaging and treatment.
Away from work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and following her kids while they live their best lives playing sports. She also likes to get outdoors to hunt and fish.
