In her role, Laura facilitates payroll and billing—and engages with providers and clients to maintain a healthy relationship. She is responsible for training new employees on payroll, communicating with provider- and client-side consultants to confirm rates, and supports finance overall with A/P and A/R duties.
Prior to joining Floyd Lee Locums, Laura worked for 9 years with Parrish Medical Group. There, she supported the company by managing a Multi-Specialty Medical Practice—and was excited about the chance to bring that knowledge to an organization delivering premier service to healthcare providers.
Outside of work, Laura likes to spend time with her family, cooking, and enjoying outdoor activities. Or, if she’s in the mood for some downtime, she’ll relax with a good book at the beach.
