A Healthcare Administration graduate from Francis Marion University, Desmond is Floyd Lee Locums’ Sales Support Manager. In this capacity, he facilitates the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales team. In addition, Desmond works closely with Sales leadership, Credentialing and Marketing to expand and optimize organizational priorities and goals.
Prior to his role with Floyd Lee Locums, Desmond had a director role with St. Andrew’s Parks and Playground, managing their day-to-day operations. Tasked with hiring and managing a team, he served the community in several capacities, most prominently in creating a safe and fun environment for children.
In his downtime, Desmond enjoys traveling and seeing different parts of the world. An outgoing personality, he loves spending time with family, watching sports, cheering for his favorite teams, and trying new things.
