Her role involves supporting and expanding current clients, forging new client relationships, and fostering collaboration with facilities and clinicians. Before her time with Floyd Lee Locums, Shari held the role of Senior Consultant at Weatherby Healthcare where she worked for 14 years. While there she managed a multi-million-dollar dual desk, both recruiting physicians and supporting clients. Prior to Weatherby, Shari has filled positions in Operations including Senior Leadership and Art Director roles.
Outside of work, she finds joy in family time, travel, running, and indulging her creative side through painting and other artistic endeavors.
