Rae Hernandez

Rae is a member of our Medical Staff Services team. Her primary role is assisting clinicians with all licensing needs, as well as overseeing compliance and risk management files. In her previous role with Floyd Lee, Rae supported Healthcare Consultants with administrative support, daily reporting, candidate presentations, and more.

Before joining Floyd Lee Locums, Rae was a Sales Representative for a beverage distribution company. She worked with resorts, wine bars, and fine dining restaurants to develop wine and cocktail programs that drove sales.

Rae is outdoorsy and loves any opportunity to get our with her family. Her favorite activities include hiking, camping, and intense kettlebell workouts. She also enjoys live music (especially her husband’s band) and wine dates with her best girl friends.
