In Nicole’s role as Client Services Manager, her primary accountabilities include leading client-side operations. In addition to managing several key client relationships, she partners cross-industry to collaborate on new opportunities that promote the organization and expand our position in the locums marketplace.
Nicole’s most recent work history includes acting as the Director of Compliance for Nightingale Nurses where she helped bolster the company’s mission of placing high-quality and specialized staff nationwide. Nicole has also held operations positions with Weatherby Healthcare and Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group.
Beyond her Floyd Lee Locums family, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling to new places. She recently moved to Frisco, TX and has enjoyed exploring a new city and making new friends!
