As the Chief Operations Officer at Floyd Lee Locums, she plays a pivotal role in driving day-to-day administrative and operational activities. Since joining the company in early 2020, Nicole has overseen remarkable growth, transforming a team of 21 employees into a thriving force of over 93 dedicated professionals.

Before joining Floyd Lee Locums, Nicole honed her expertise in healthcare with two decades as a leader in travel nursing & allied staffing as well as working directly with a busy Cardiology practice. Throughout her tenure, she consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities, and the growth she oversaw led to her managing multiple branches across the United States.

Since taking on her current role, Nicole spearheaded a large international project that facilitated the company’s exponential growth and expanded its physician pipeline. Notably, she successfully secured a major hospital system partnership at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, enabling the organization to not only sustain existing teams but also continue to flourish as an organization.

Under Nicole’s leadership, Floyd Lee Locums has made quantum leaps forward, established a robust leadership team, and launched a successful Government Affairs division. Her contributions have been recognized by prestigious awards and accolades from SIA (Staffing Industry Analysts) and other industry organizations.
