As a Healthcare Consultant, Morgan is dedicated to understanding the unique desires and needs of physicians and clinicians, using a concierge approach to create the best possible match for them at a facility aligned with their goals. She is there every step of the way—helping with credentialing, travel, and any logistics—so clinicians can focus on what they do best. Her expertise in building relationships is grounded in superior customer service and truly caring about what the clinician wants from a locums experience.

Prior to this role, Morgan served for three years at Floyd Lee Locums as a Sales Operations Consultant, specializes in identifying new opportunities for our sales division. She managed indirect relationships with clients and provided critical scheduling support.  She worked closely with clients and our Healthcare Consultants to provide a seamless experience that focused on matching the right clinician to the facility’s goals and culture. She has also previously served as a Business Development Coordinator and an Associate Client Services Manager with Floyd Lee Locums ensuring the identification and placement of high-quality clinicians went as smoothly as possible.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys working out, going to the beach or pool, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog. She loves trying new places for food and drinks, reading, and catching up on new shows and movies.
