She works diligently to ensure a smooth credentialing process, collaborating with internal and external partners to provide confidence to both providers and clients that all requirements are met before placements begin. Prior to her current role, Leigh was a Learning Resource Trainer developing learning plans, curriculums, and training that enables Floyd Lee Locums to deliver immersive training courses and modules, ensuring a consistent approach across the company of the brand’s personal concierge experience.
Before joining Floyd Lee Locums, Leigh operated a private business specializing in full-cycle recruitment, training, and placement for healthcare administrators and front office staff. Her experience includes workforce planning, telemedicine integration, development of training and education modules, and process improvements.
Leigh enjoys traveling abroad with friends and family and SCUBA diving whenever she can. She also loves paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, and boating and spending time with her family and their dog, Gigi.
