As Senior Director of Business Development, Lauren is responsible for the crucial first step in Floyd Lee Locums’ sales process. She and her team identify potential healthcare facility partners, dive deep into their current status, and showcase how our distinctive approach can address their specific challenges and goals. Lauren drives our sales initiatives from inception to completion, crafting and executing our business development strategy. She nurtures her team’s growth, guiding them towards company objectives, and works alongside executive leadership to realize our company’s vision of revolutionizing healthcare staffing. By working collaboratively with senior leaders and team members across the company, Lauren ensures that health systems, correctional facilities, treatment centers, and physician groups understand the Floyd Lee Locums brand and how we can support their continuum of care.

Prior to joining the organization, Lauren spent 15 years in multimedia sales, honing her client relationship skills. Her reputation of building long-lasting partnerships was forged through in-depth knowledge of segmenting and nurturing the needs and goals of her clients.

In Lauren’s free time, she stays busy with her active family, volunteering, rooting for her favorite football team (the Buffalo Bills), and taking the occasional shopping trip. A fun fact about her is she went to the NCAA Tournament consecutive seasons in college, playing lacrosse.
