As a Senior Executive Director for Government Health Services, Laeni leads the recruitment efforts and sales productivity for complex federal, state, and local government projects. She ensures compliance and execution of all government contracts and provides strategic oversight to deliver outstanding service. Laeni leads recruitment performance, client relationships, fulfillment of orders, clinical quality, and requests for proposals. Prior to this role, Laeni was the Director of Client Services, working to grow our revenue by building our client base and ensuring quality customer service.

Prior to joining Floyd Lee Locums, Laeni worked for nearly a decade at Supplemental Health Care managing the overall business, including P&L, contracts, sales, development, training and recruiting.

In her free time, Laeni enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and Westie named Milo. She loves staying active by traveling, skiing and hiking.
