Dawn is responsible for a variety of internal initiatives that support our core business. She is instrumental in forecast management and comparisons along with reporting and review of database inputs. She supports the operations team by solving issues and providing process support and development. Dawn plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly for the entire FLL team.
Before joining Floyd Lee Locums, she managed the Orthopedic Sports Fellowship Program at OrthoCarolina, serving as Medical Administrative Assistant to two surgeons and their teams. Prior to this, she spent over a decade as Senior Director for NASCAR developing their corporate events team.
Dawn says most of her time away from work is spent with family, usually figuring out ways to entertain two young children and two crazy dogs. She loves spending time outside any time they have the chance and taking their annual trip to the Virgin Islands.
