As Recruitment Director, David leads a team of healthcare consultants and team leads as they build relationships with new and existing Floyd Lee Locums physicians and clinicians, and also helps them ensure a smooth staffing experience for clients and providers through every phase of their assignments.
Before his time with Floyd Lee Locums, David spent 4 years as a Consultant at CompHealth. There, he grew his experience with 2 years in permanent placement staffing for multiple specialties—and 2 years delivering locums for the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team.
Outside of work, David lives with his wife and children in Frisco, TX. Whether they are enjoying cozy movie nights at home or embarking on new adventures while traveling, there is never a dull moment. He also enjoys hitting the golf course and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles!
