Courtney provides strategic administrative and operational support to executive leadership and teams across the organization. She partners with all departments in Floyd Lee Locums to strengthen day-to-day operations and create a seamless experience for employees and healthcare providers. Her work includes executive calendar management, leadership communications, provider onboarding coordination, placement tracking, and performance reporting.
Before joining the team, Courtney served as an Office Manager/Assistant for Linxon US LLC in Raleigh, North Carolina. She managed office operations, travel and event logistics, onboarding and offboarding support, expense reporting, vendor and IT coordination, and a range of leadership administrative needs.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
