Before joining Floyd Lee Locums, Andrew worked as a software trainer for a leading church software company, where he trained ministry leaders on software best practices. He also managed an online community of over 4,000 ministry leaders. Before that, Andrew worked as a Travel Nurse Recruiter, assisting nurses in meeting their financial and travel adventure goals.
Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Pamela, and their 3 children – Belle, Jensen, and Coraline. They have two dogs and a cat. In his free time, Andrew likes to read books and comics, binge-watch great shows, play video games, and play tabletop games.
