Meet Our Team: David Gibbons
In David’s position as Healthcare Consultant, his role is two-fold. First, he is charged with building relationships with new and existing facility partners. He also ensures a smooth staffing experience for clients and providers once we have confirmed their assignment.
Before his time with Floyd Lee Locums, David spent 4 years as a Consultant at CompHealth. There, he grew his experience with 2 years in permanent placement staffing for multiple specialties—and 2 years delivering locums for the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team.
Outside of work, David loves having new experiences. His love of travel has led him to expand his horizons by meeting different people, discovering different architectures of the world, and of course trying different foods.

What do you love most about working at FLL?
The people and the unknown! We are young and feisty, sometimes we have to get
creative on how we do things. There is no 100% plug and play here – you have to
think out side the box. Being able to do that with an amazing group of people makes
coming to work EXCITING every single day!

What are you most passionate about?
Animals. I love all animals and I talk to them like one would regularly speak to a
human baby.

I used to believe I could be a professional poker player, it did not play out.

Teleportation, so I could go anywhere and see anything!
