Our inaugural winner, Dr. Chinemerem Ugorji, took home the prize in the summer of 2022 and is now preparing for a premium trip to Turks and Caicos in March. Our second winner, Dr. Mason, is the latest addition to our vacation club of those who earned their way to a wonderful holiday of their choice.
While Dr. Mason may be newer to the locums lifestyle, his contributions to the tribal healthcare center where he is working is both welcomed and appreciated.
A lover of bouncing between different hobbies, like racing sailboats, Dr. Mason is an adventurer at heart. Already a veteran of healthcare and building practices from the ground up, he’s worked for decades growing the quality of care at facilities in Virginia and North Carolina. This background saw him bolstering hospitals, so they were serving dozens more patients a week and making communities healthier.
In his earlier years, though, he was part of the Navy, where he enjoyed being on the move often. Dr. Mason missed that lifestyle, and it was one of the reasons he decided to take the locums leap. Upon connecting with Floyd Lee Locums, he knew he found an exceptional company to do so.
