Charleston, SC, April 2, 2020 – Floyd Lee Locums announced the expansion of its executive team, with Nicole Burleson taking the reins as Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective April 1, 2020. This hire comes on the heels of the company being recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIAs) as the 2020 Best Staffing Company to Temp For grand prize winner and being named a 2020 Best Company to Work For.

In her capacity as COO, Burleson will bring her nearly two decades of healthcare staffing experience to expanding Floyd Lee Locums’ business, both in physician recruitment and client engagement. She will manage the daily operations of the organization and scale the company’s concierge strategy as a differentiator in the national locums marketplace.

In her most recent role as Senior Regional Vice President, she oversaw 14 offices in seven major markets. Her award-winning commitment to delivering service excellence across the country included overseeing regions of $50-90M in revenue and execution of region-wide marketing and recruitment plans.
