Leading Locums Tenens Company Doubles Recruitment Team

Charleston, SC, April 30, 2020 – Today, Floyd Lee Locums – a locum tenens firm based in Charleston, South Carolina—announced the recent addition of three new team members. Melanie DeFeo and Kelsey Phelps have joined the company as Healthcare Consultants, while Nicole Lay joins the firm as a Sales Support Specialist.

In her operations capacity, Lay will act as an organizational and process liaison for the Sales and Client teams.

Before joining the Floyd Lee Locums team, this new group held a variety of roles across the healthcare ecosystem. DeFeo was a VP, Operations for hospitals in the southeast, Phelps provided Account Management in home automation, and Lay was a Director of Compliance for Nightingale Nurses. The team has substantial experience in healthcare staffing, having worked for CHG Healthcare, Weatherby, and Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group.
