Charleston, SC, August 16, 2022– Today, Floyd Lee Locums was named to Inc. magazine’s 2022 Inc 5000 annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Coming in at #883, the organization achieved the honor in back-to-back years for its concierge healthcare staffing model which has driven remarkable revenue results. In 2021, the company ranked at #925, highlighting the business’s impressive year-over-year bottom line growth. The company also ranked #52 across all Healthcare Services, a significant jump from their #93 ranking in 2021.

“In 2021, it was our first year eligible for Inc.’s ranking,” said Floyd Lee Locums CEO Natasha Lee. “Now, in 2022, with another year behind us, we’re thrilled to continue our company’s expansion into new opportunities and strategies that continue to bolster the work we do in healthcare staffing. We believe only by employing extraordinary talent, and pursuing one-of-a-kind solutions for our partners and clients, are we able to maximize the impact we make for patients, communities, and our business.”

Between rapid changes to the healthcare industry, persistent pandemic concerns, and workforce shortages, Floyd Lee Locums was able to persevere and continue its company growth. In fact, the organization experienced double-digit improvements to its revenue, has been on a hiring frenzy to keep up with business demand, and continues to see noticeable shifts in staffing to its preferred locums (i.e., temporary staffing) model. With three-year revenue growth of 721% percent, Floyd Lee Locums has grown to more than 65 employees since being founded in 2017.

Categorized in the independent small business segment, Inc. magazine recognized Floyd Lee Locums alongside the nation’s most prestigious and well-known brands. Among these fastest-growing private companies are organizations like Zappos, Under Armour, and Patagonia, who also received their first national exposure through the Inc. 5000 ranking. Floyd Lee Locums continues that tradition, as the highest-ranking healthcare staffing company on the list and #6 of all Charleston companies.

“The accomplishment of building one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., in light of recent economic roadblocks, cannot be overstated,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that have established themselves through innovation, hard work, and rising to the challenges of today.”
