It isn’t every day that we get to collaborate with true titans of the healthcare industry. But, with our recently announced partnership with Healthcare Plus Solutions Group (HPSG), we’re positioning ourselves as a mainstay player in the locums marketplace.
With Quint Studer, Nicole Webb Bodie, and Dan Collard at the helm—pioneers and thought leaders of former organization the Studer Group—we are transitioning beyond “start-up” phase, which began after our founding in 2017. Moving forward, Healthcare Plus Solutions Group’s key talent will be working hand-in-hand with the Floyd Lee Locums team to forge our position both internally and externally.
Known for bringing creative solutions and an employee-first approach, Healthcare Plus Solutions Group assembles a curated team of experts and stakeholders to diagnose our most urgent organizational needs; design smart, collaborative solutions; and create a plan to execute in a way that gets measurable results. This credo aligns especially with Floyd Lee Locum’s goals since the company has seen record-setting growth these past several years in both revenue and team size.
The output for our locums physicians should be an even better locums staffing experience, with the features and services that enable a seamless assignment process. Similarly, for facility clients, it should lead to elevated locums solutions that are as customizable as they are compelling. Through making the unique commonplace, we believe our concierge model can encompass both the traditional and forward-looking needs of our partners.
While we are currently working on positioning external changes to our business model, Floyd Lee Locums has worked in tandem with Healthcare Plus Solutions Group to impact its internal culture. Already, we have created a Standard of Behavior asset, which catalogues the practical application of our corporate mission, vision, and values. In addition, HPSG has helped us launch nDorse, an employee recognition platform that encourages positive, productive exchanges in the workplace.
These internal changes were seamless and made possible by Healthcare Plus Solutions Group’s values aligning closely with Floyd Lee Locum’s own principles.
