Floyd Lee Locums Named a “Best Company to Temp For” for a Third Time
Charleston, SC, March 10, 2022 – In Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) recent release, Floyd Lee Locums again shows up on the 2022 list of those companies across America honored for their leading approach to staffing, culture, and advancing the industry. Previously recognized in 2020 and 2021, this acknowledgement marks the third time the organization has received attention from the group at SIA and the program nominators.

For the annual “Best Staffing Firms” ranking, Staffing Industry Analysts considers those companies able to successfully engage and deploy talent, how they employ workforce solutions for good, and the employee culture they cultivate for those who work for them. Floyd Lee Locums’ award for “Best Staffing Firm to Temp For” is selected based on verbatim submissions SIA receives from healthcare providers currently or recently working for the organization.

The SIA rankings consider organizations across the entire temporary staffing industry, from healthcare to finance, IT to HR. Scoring for each evaluation is based on seven key engagement categories: communication and resources; individual needs; manager effectiveness; personal engagement; team dynamics; trust in leadership; and diversity, equity, and inclusion. In order to qualify for this recognition, Floyd Lee Locums had to meet a minimum threshold of survey participation from healthcare providers. Winners were chosen based entirely on the results received from those surveys.
The SIA recognition rounds out a successful period in Floyd Lee Locums’ tenure as a staffing firm. The company also previously won significant acknowledgement on both the regional and national levels. To the former, the organization was recently named “Small Business of the Year” by the Charleston Metro Chamber in their home city of Charleston, South Carolina. As for the former, Floyd Lee Locums was named No. 925 on the 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America by Inc. 5000.
