As a Healthcare Consultant, Tara works on placing physicians and clinicians in assignments that enliven their professional growth. By building and fostering relationships with these audiences, she is able to connect exceptional care and treatment to the people and communities that need them the most.
Before her time at Floyd Lee Locums, Tara worked as a Hospice Care Consultant with Kindred Hospice. There, she focused on providing palliative support and being there for families as they went through a difficult time in their lives.
In her free time, Tara enjoys hanging out with her family and friends. One of her favorite activities is kicking back with a good book and reading.
