Marcus is Floyd Lee Locums Director of Sales. With years of experience in sales and business development, he supports the anesthesia sales team and sets its strategic direction. He coaches and develops our sales team while supporting each department across the company. Marcus ensures our company’s vision, mission, and goals are felt in every action the sales team takes.
Prior to joining us, Marcus was a VP of Business Development. He brings a strategic thinking, results-driven approach, along with exceptional leadership skills.
When he’s not busy at work, Marcus loves hiking, fishing, hunting, munching on Twizzlers, and watching USC football. He’s also a proud dad to his 2 1/2-year-old son, Christian.
