As a Senior Director in the client space of our company, Laeni works to help grow our business by aligning everyone around our key goals and priorities. From revenue development to building our client base, she promotes the organization’s mission and values to team members and customers alike.
Prior to joining Floyd Lee Locums, Laeni worked for nearly a decade at Supplemental Health Care, managing several aspects of their business. Throughout that time, she spent years managing the overall business, including P&L, contracts, sales, development, training and recruiting.
In her free time, Laeni enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and Westie named Milo. She loves staying active by traveling, skiing and hiking.
