As the Vice President of Learning & Development, Joanna oversees our employee performance programs, learning curriculum, and education governance. A member of the executive team, she helps shape the employee experience—from interview and onboarding, to individuals’ ongoing tenure and success with the company.
Prior to joining the team, Joanna built a distinguished staffing career honing her education, compliance and training expertise. She has previously held industry positions as the head of training for Supplemental Health Care and director of operations and Joint Commission representative for General Healthcare Resources (GHR).
Joanna’s favorite pastime is playing with and helping take care of her adorable grandson Javier. She also enjoys watching sports, is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan, and follows the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team.
