In her role, Jenn manages the business development and client-side healthcare consultant team tasked with forming and executing the organization’s sales strategy and client expansion initiatives. She works across the senior leadership team to identify opportunities, advance relationships and evolve the way Floyd Lee Locums’ meets its partners in the healthcare marketplace.
In order to do this, Jenn pulls from a deep well of industry expertise. In past lives, she has worked as National Sales Director at ProLink Healthcare, where she developed new business in behavioral health, acute, schools and state contracts—and as Regional Vice President of Supplemental Health Care, where she oversaw a $65M region, 60 leaders, and managed operations and sales in the Northeast.
When she isn’t curating company initiatives, Jenn is expanding her own knowledge, most recently attending Cleveland Clinic Executive Leadership Training. She also enjoys spending time with family, as well as getting out of the house to travel, run, bike, swim and stand up paddleboard.
