In her operational role, Dawn is responsible for a variety of internal initiatives that support our core business. As project lead for our strategic accounts team, she manages new and existing operational processes, while assisting anywhere there is a growing need or opportunity to expand the company’s footprint.
Before joining Floyd Lee Locums, Dawn managed the Orthopedic Sports Fellowship Program at OrthoCarolina, serving as Medical Administrative Assistant to two surgeons and their teams. Just before this, she spent over a decade as Senior Director for NASCAR, developing their corporate events team.
Dawn says most of her time away from work is spent with family, usually figuring out ways to entertain two young children and two crazy dogs. She loves spending time outside any time they have the chance and taking their annual trip to the Virgin Islands.
