In his position, Chad helps bridge the gap between clinicians and the patients who needs their care. Through proactive contact and recruitment, he helps prospective providers understand and qualify for roles, educates them about locums staffing, and activates support teams internally to move clinicians through the staffing process.
Prior to his time here, Chad tracked and analyzed a portfolio of 700+ commercial real estate loans on behalf of a lender. In this role, he was able to establish positive relationships with lenders, agents, and borrowers from a variety of properties and locations across the U.S.
While he finally gave up playing soccer, Chad is still heavily involved with the men’s soccer league in Charlotte as its President. He also enjoys basketball and running—but golf is his real passion, and he is always up to play a new track anywhere he can.
