In Bridget’s role, she helps the company identify, hire and onboard corporate talent to the organization. Her chief accountabilities include creating workflows around internal talent opportunities and position changes, HR reporting, DEI initiatives, and developing engagement and wellness initiatives to encourage retention. She also focuses on internal and external events for recruiting and retention purposes.
Bridget joined Floyd Lee Locums after spending 18 years in various healthcare recruiting roles where she fell in love with hospice and the care given to patients. In her most recent career, she dove into the real estate market in Charleston and is already an award-winning agent within her brokerage.
In her free time, she enjoys checking out all that Charleston has to offer with her son and their 9lb guard dog, Daisy Mae Vydreen Smoak. While she loves travel and the beach, she says these days she’s mostly the taxi and bank for her teenage son.
