As a Client Side Consultant, Susan supports healthcare facilities by guiding our clinicians and physicians through the licensure process and arranging travel accommodations to ensure smooth assignments. She brings valuable experience from her previous role as an in-house recruiter for rural medicine at Astera Health, where she developed a strong understanding of clinician needs and logistics.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys biking, golfing, reading, relaxing on Minnesota’s beautiful lakes, and spending time with her grandchildren and dogs.
