As the company’s Copywriter and Marketing Strategist, Sandra Kaye plays a crucial role in shaping Floyd Lee Locums’ voice and messaging across all platforms. She focuses on creating compelling content that resonates with healthcare providers and clients while maintaining brand consistency throughout the organization.

Sandy brings a unique blend of experience to her role, having run her own copywriting and brand voice strategy company for eight years. Prior to that, she spent nearly two decades as a Park Ranger, honing her skills in communications strategy. Her Master’s Degree in Communications enhances her expertise in crafting impactful narratives and sales copy.

Sandy enjoys spending time with her husband and kids and their menagerie of dogs and cats. She volunteers for the local high school’s competitive show choir and is writing a series of children’s books inspired by her Park Ranger career. A self-proclaimed Trekkie, she can often be heard quoting TNG or faithfully watching any new Trek show that comes out.
