Madison Floyd Jr. (Matt) began his career in the healthcare industry in 1997 as a travel nurse. In 1999, he founded Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group, which grew to become the 11th largest travel nurse staffing company in the US and made the INC 5000 list of America’s fastest growing companies seven times. By the time it was sold in 2017, Trinity was well known within the industry as a top performing organization with an excellent work environment and culture.
In 2017, Matt co-founded Floyd Lee Locums along with Trinity’s former Chief Operating Officer, Natasha Lee. He is Chairman of the Board and helps guide the company’s strategy and growth. In addition to his work in the healthcare industry, Matt created the Madison Floyd Foundation, which exists to empower charities and community service organizations (locally and internationally) to help those in need find health and hope.
