As Vice President of Recruitment and Client Services, Jim plays a pivotal role in driving Floyd Lee Locums’ recruitment strategy and sales productivity. He supports the recruitment and client services teams to drive business growth, collaborating with departments across the company to meet goals and deliver outstanding results. Jim leverages his extensive experience to identify and address inefficiencies in internal processes, streamlining efforts to match clients with top-tier clinicians, and ensuring quality relationships. Previously, he served as Senior Director of National Accounts at Indeed, where he led a team tasked with turning around large underspending national accounts. His background also includes a tenure as Senior Director at Weatherby Healthcare.

Outside of work, Jim cherishes time with his wife, Amanda, and their daughter Eleanor, exploring new cities and countries as self-proclaimed “foodies.” He loves an active lifestyle, having dedicated over a decade to CrossFit and regularly riding his Peloton.
