Jim leverages his extensive experience to identify and address inefficiencies in internal processes, streamlining efforts to match clients with top-tier clinicians. Previously, he served as Senior Director of National Accounts at Indeed, where he led a team tasked with turning around large underspending national accounts. His background also includes a tenure as Senior Director at Weatherby Healthcare.
Outside of work, Jim cherishes time with his wife Amanda and their daughter Eleanor, exploring new cities and countries as self-proclaimed “foodies.” He loves an active lifestyle, having dedicated over a decade to CrossFit and regularly riding his Peloton.
