Overview

A urology practice in New York’s Southern Tier is seeking a board-certified Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with a mix of clinic, OR, and call coverage. (Job ID: 51645)

Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch
• Full-time or part-time coverage accepted
• Setting: Approximately 80% clinic and 20% OR with inpatient rounding as needed
• Clinic Volume: Approximately 18-20 patients per day
• OR: One 8-hour block per week
• 24-hour call coverage required, including weekends
• Patient Mix: Adults and pediatrics
• Scope includes stents, stones, and general urology procedures
• Temporary privileges available for clean files

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Urology
• Active NY license required
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Competency with stents and stones
