Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Day Shift
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide individual counseling services

- Monitor patient progress and mental health status
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers and correctional staff
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care efforts

- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Current unrestricted LCSW license
- Behavioral health, correctional, or mental health experience preferred
