Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Full-time clinical coverage
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- BLS certification
- Experience with TBI, neurological rehab, or complex trauma preferred

- Patient Population: Active-duty service members, including high-acuity and complex rehab cases
- Clinical Focus: Traumatic brain injury, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation
- Care Model: Interdisciplinary, team-based approach including neurology, behavioral health, PT/OT, and vestibular therapy
- Environment: Fast-paced, high-volume setting with strong collaboration
- EMR: Not specified
- Opportunity for EMG procedures if credentialed
