Otolaryngology Physician Locums Job – WI

An established Wisconsin facility is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Otolaryngologist for ongoing locum tenens coverage with a balanced mix of clinic, OR, and trauma call responsibilities. Flexible 7-on/7-off style scheduling available with multiple coverage blocks throughout the year.

Assignment Details

• Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Location: Wisconsin
• Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• EMR: Cerner
• Start: Ongoing 2026 coverage dates available
• Schedule: Approximately 7 on / 7 off
  • Clinic: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Shared call rotation: 1:4
  • 15-minute call response time
• Patient Volume: 14–16 clinic patients per day

Scope of Coverage

• Clinic, OR, and trauma call coverage required
• Adult and pediatric patient population
• General ENT and complex head & neck cases
• Assigned patient rounding responsibilities
• Beeper call coverage

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active state license preferred
• Hospital privileges required
• Temporary privileges available
