Schedule
- Weekday: Clinic, inpatient coverage, and night call
- Weekend: 24-hour call coverage
- Ongoing need with flexible scheduling blocks
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Active Indiana license or IMLC
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Active DEA/CSR

- Procedures: General ENT procedures (bronchoscopy not required)
- Volume:
- Clinic: ~5–7 patients/day
- Hospital: ~5–8 consults/day
- Support: Established ENT group (6 surgeons) within large provider network
- EMR: Epic
- Travel & Lodging: Covered
