Schedule
- Minimum coverage need: 1 week per month
- Preferred coverage: 2–4 weeks per month
- Primarily outpatient clinic
- Optional inpatient night and weekend call opportunities available for interested providers
Practice Details
- Approximately 16 patients per day
- Adult patient population
- Academic and training environment
- Epic EMR
- New patient consultations and follow-up visits

Responsibilities
- New patient evaluations
- Follow-up oncology visits
- Treatment planning and management
- Collaborative care with multidisciplinary oncology teams
- Primarily outpatient oncology services
Support Staff
- Advanced Practice Providers (APRN and PA-C)
- Registered Nurses
- Nursing Assistants
- Three full-time administrative assistants
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Outpatient Medical Oncology experience required
- Active Kentucky License or IMLC preferred
- Kentucky DEA required
- Epic experience preferred
- New graduates welcome
