Schedule

• 24-hour in-house call
• Average of 8 calls per day
• Respond to Labor & Delivery and Emergency Department within 10 minutes when required
• Physician arrival required within 30 minutes for emergency conditions or changes in labor status

Clinical Responsibilities

• Labor and delivery coverage
• Inpatient OBGYN care
• Assigned and unassigned patient rounding
• Collaboration with Family Medicine residents and medical students
• Average patient volume: approximately 4-5 patients per day

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN
• Active Michigan license required
• IMLC not accepted
• Comfortable working in a teaching environment
