Schedule
- 24-hour hotel call
- No clinic or office patients
- Must be able to respond onsite within 20 minutes when called
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
- Active California medical license
- Active DEA
- BLS required
- NRP and PALS required during credentialing
Practice Highlights
- Obstetric and gynecologic emergency department coverage
- Vaginal deliveries and Cesarean sections
- Gynecologic surgical procedures
- Average callback workload of 5–7 hours per 24-hour shift
- Cerner electronic medical record
- Ongoing coverage opportunities following the initial assignment
