Assignment Details
- Location: Arizona

- Contract Length: 6 months preferred (open to split coverage with 2 providers)

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Clinic-only coverage
- No call
- Open to providers working 2 weeks/month to help cover full-time need
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) – OBGYN
- Active AZ license or IMLC
- Comfortable seeing 20–25 patients per day
- 2 years of case logs required for credentialing
- References required
