Assignment Details
- Location: Arizona
- Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
- Start Date: Early July 2026
- Contract Length: 6 months preferred (open to 2 providers splitting coverage)

Schedule
- Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: 1–2 weekdays per week (Monday–Thursday)
- Call Structure: On call while in clinic + overnight call on assigned days
- Open to providers working 2 weeks/month to support full-time need
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) – OBGYN
- Active AZ license or IMLC
- 2 years of case logs required for credentialing
- References required
Practice Details
- Patient Census: 20–25 per day in clinic
- Patient Mix: OB & GYN
- Annual Deliveries: ~700 (approx. 25% C-sections)
- EMR: Meditech
- Facility: 235-bed rural teaching hospital (Mayo Clinic Care Network member)
