Schedule

• Mix of weekday clinic and call coverage blocks
• Clinic: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with night beeper call 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
• 24-hour beeper call shifts on select dates
• Coverage includes July, August, October, November, and December blocks
• Call: Night beeper call + 24-hour call as scheduled

Compensation

• Competitive daily rate for 8-hour shifts
• Overtime: Hourly rate after 8 hours
• Call Pay: Nightly beeper rate + 24-hour call rate
• Callback: Hourly callback compensation
• Travel & lodging provided

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Arizona license or IMLC (willing to license)
• Minimum 1 year experience
• DEA required
