Requirements
- Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Graduate of accredited PA program
- Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- Comfortable performing IR procedures independently
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with IR procedures including:
- Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- Fluoroscopic studies
- Drain placements
- G-tube placements
- Support procedural workflow and patient care in IR suite
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical team
- Document procedures and patient encounters in EMR
