Requirements
For Nurse Practitioners:
- Graduate of an accredited NP program
- Active New York RN and NP license
- DEA with New York address
- Board Certification (AANP or ANCC – FNP)
- ACLS and PALS (AHA)
For Physician Assistants:
- Active New York PA license
- DEA with New York address
- NCCPA certification
- ACLS and PALS (AHA)
